With Carnoustie hosting the Open in July, our own clubs 175th anniversary , and the usual six months of unbroken Summer sunshine ,its the first few months of the year that give you the best opportunity for the best choice in golf , and certainly the best chance of an Old Course tee time ; last July, 180 applications for 22 tee times was not unusual.
During January,February and March ; 3 nights of single occupancy ; room only, at the Premier Inn with 3 rounds of golf on the Jubilee , New , and Eden Courses will still see some change from £270.00 ; including our own , ( horrendous !) admin charge.
We would apply for Old Course ballot times during your stay , should you wish, and balance the other golf around the outcome. almost a 100% success, but , remember, still a lottery.
A similar visit during April and May, and substituting the Castle course for the Eden would still give change from £370.00 per golfer, and still a very good chance of golf on the Old Course.
The key element and real benefit of choosing PGSA is flexibility. The ultimate aim is to create a golfing tour that is as near to the one you initially envisaged ; your own ideas, course choices etc. will always receive our best attention. The Scottish winter weather is always the elephant in the room , but the days lost to golf over the last six years have been few and far between.
